Refund policy

RETRUN POLICY: All DARKMATTERX products can be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of delivery, if the product is still in its original packaging and has not been removed. All qualifying returns will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee of the total original order amount.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: All DARKMATTERX order that have not been shipped, to include pre-orders, can be cancelled at any time and will incur a 20% order cancellation fee of the total order amount. Order cancellations can be done at any time before the order is shipped. After an order has been shipped, refer to the DARKMATTERX Return Policy.
