Limited Warranty
DARKMATTERX warrants all of our products to the original purchaser a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The original purchaser must register their product within 30-days of purchase, with DARKMATTERX, to be qualified for the limited warranty. The limited warranty is not applicable to products that are found to have been abused, improperly installed, misapplications, or altered in any way whatsoever from their original design. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear use of the product. DARKMATTERX’s sole and exclusive obligation, is limited to the exchange/replacement of a defective DARKMATTERX product in accordance with this Limited Warranty. This warranty only includes the coverage of DARKMATTERX product(s) and does not include any consequential parts or repairs.
Warranty Sign-up
Original purchasers of a DARKMATTERX product must sign up and register the product within 30-days of purchase to be qualified for the limited warranty. The warranty sign up form can be found on this page. If for any reason the form cannot be filled out on this page, contact us at support@darkmatterx.com for assistance.
Return Policy
All DARKMATTERX products can be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of delivery, if the product is still in its original packaging and has not been removed. All qualifying returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of the total original order amount.
Order Cancellation
All DARKMATTERX orders that have not shipped, to include pre-orders, can be cancelled at any time and will incur a 10% order cancellation fee of the total order amount. Order Cancellations can be done at any time before the order has shipped. After an order has been shipped, refer to the DARKMATTERX Return Policy.
